2/ Supervision

The products offered are supervised by Dylan Giraud-Pontier, State-certified instructor… professional card no. 01320ED0407

 

3/ Products offered

4/ Condition of participation

-Be in good health and physical condition, have no medical contraindications to practicing mountain biking.

-Use mountain bike equipment and protection that is suitable, approved and in good working order.              

-In the event of equipment rental, undertake to take care of the rented equipment and to assume 100% of repair costs in the event of breakage.    

-Have valid health insurance covering treatment, hospitalization and repatriation costs in the event of a mountain bike accident.      

-Have valid liability insurance.         

-For minors, present a signed parental consent.

 

5/Risks and liability

Participants are aware that mountain biking is a dangerous sport, they measure the risks and undertake to ride carefully, according to their physical and technical abilities. They release Summit Bike and Dylan Giraud-Pontier from any liability in the event of any accident whatsoever occurring during a Summit Bike training session and any possible health problems resulting therefrom.

 

6/ Booking conditions

The booking of the coaching will be definitively confirmed after receipt of payment according to the payment terms below.

 

7/ Payment method.

Reservation D+15: deposit 50% required then payment of the balance on D-15

Reservation D-15: total payment 100% requested

Payment by transfer requested, bank details are listed on the invoice sent.

 

8/ Cancellation and refund conditions

8.1: Customer cancellation

Cancellation requested by the customer on D+15: full refund

Cancellation requested by the customer 15 days before: no refund

8.2: Summit Bike Cancellation

Summit Bike reserves the right to cancel the supervision in the event of very bad weather, illness or accident of Dylan Giraud-Pontier, prefectural or health ban.

Participants will be notified as soon as possible by email or telephone.

Participants will be fully refunded regardless of the cancellation deadline.

 

9/ Weather

In the event of unfavorable weather, Summit Bike reserves the right to maintain, postpone or cancel the supervision.

In the event of uncertain weather and if supervision is maintained, customers will be responsible for adapting their clothing according to the weather conditions.

If the supervision is maintained, no refund will be possible.

If the coaching is postponed but the client is not available, they will be fully refunded.

If the coaching is cancelled, the customer will be fully refunded.

 

10/ Protection of personal data

The personal information and contact details collected by Summit Bike are exclusively reserved for internal operations and communication between you and Summit Bike.

Summit Bike is committed to keeping your personal information strictly confidential and not sharing it with any third party. By registering for coaching, you authorize Summit Bike to contact you by email, phone and text message.

 

11/ Right to image

By registering for a coaching session, you authorize Summit Bike to take photos of you during the activity and to use these images for its communication. If you wish to refuse the distribution of images/videos in which you appear, please inform Summit Bike
